Katlyn Chinn Named Edgewood Lady Panthers Player of the Game After Team-High 16-Point Performance

NINETY SIX, S.C. — The Edgewood Lady Panthers continue to build a competitive culture in their inaugural Women’s American Basketball Association (WABA) season, and one player who stood out in the team’s latest contest was Katlyn Chinn.

Chinn earned Edgewood Lady Panthers Player of the Game honors after pouring in a team-high 16 points against the Asheville Legends. Her offensive production, relentless effort, and leadership on the floor kept the Lady Panthers competitive throughout the game and showcased the determination that has become a trademark of the program.

From the opening tip, Chinn played with confidence and energy. Whether attacking the basket, knocking down key shots, or competing on the defensive end, she consistently gave the Lady Panthers opportunities to stay within striking distance. Her performance demonstrated the toughness and resilience that Head Coach and the organization continue to emphasize as the franchise establishes itself in the WABA.
